Details
This order will permit the stopping up of specified lengths of highway, the creation of new lengths of highways and the improvement of specified lengths of highway. The stopping up of highway will be authorised only in order to enable the development ( a new 2 storey office accommodation with associated parking at Vision Court, Caxton Place Pentwyn Cardiff CF23 8HA) to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the Council on 14 October 2019 with reference number 19/02148/MNR.
