This Order will permit the stopping up of a specified length of highway, for the extension to the ground floor to create 3 new flexible use units (classes A1/A2/A3) and new reception area at Southgate House, Wood Street, Cardiff, to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the Council on 1 June 2020 with reference number 20/00628/MJR.
