Consultation description
The purpose of the consultation is to understand views on proposals for future regulations related to the Tobacco and Vapes Act. The consultation asks questions in relation to three areas of proposed regulation:
- restrictions on the packaging of tobacco, vaping and nicotine products
- restrictions on the appearance of heated tobacco devices and vaping devices
- restrictions on the shop display of tobacco, vaping and nicotine products.
