Our 10 year suicide prevention and self-harm strategy aims to:
- reduce the rates of suicide and attempted suicides
- improve outcomes for people accessing support for self-harm and suicidal ideation
- improve outcomes for people affected by suicide and self-harm
The new strategy will replace the previous long term strategy Talk to me 2.
Accompanying the strategy, we have published our first 3 year delivery plan 2025 to 2028.
Large print, Braille and alternative language versions of this document are available on request. It is also possible to request a version of this document which is suitable for children and young people.
