Consultation description
We are consulting on the potential business impacts of introducing functioning vessel monitoring systems (VMS) on board of:
- all licensed British fishing boats under 12 metres in length operating in Welsh waters
- all Welsh fishing boats under 12 metres wherever they are operating.
