We want your views on a proposal for the WASPI framework to apply to become an approved Information Commissioners’ Office (ICO) Code of Conduct under the provisions of article 40 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation.

- the proposed governance structure of the WASPI Code of Conduct
- the monitoring and assurance standards which would be associated with the code
- the benefits and reporting arrangements associated with code membership
