How to reset your WEFO Online password.

Resetting your WEFO Online password if you have forgotten it or if your account is locked.

Go to sign in to WEFO Online:

  • select Sign in
  • select I have forgotten my password
  • enter your Email address and select Continue
  • enter the Confirmation code that has been emailed to you and select Confirm
  • enter your Government Gateway user ID and select Continue
  • enter the Access code shown on the Authenticator app, Text message or Voice call and select Continue
  • enter your New password and enter it again in Confirm New Password and select Reset password
  • select Back to Sign in
