The project is a six-year, pan-Wales, revenue and capital project that provides a beneficiary-centric, integrated support package focusing on the discrete stages of the open innovation process.

To complete this evaluation, the Consultants employed a work package approach consisting of:
- a contextual and performance review
- personal interview programmes with key internal and external stakeholders
- a telephone survey of 400 beneficiary companies
- a review of impact
- the production of a final evaluation report.
