Holidays
Full-time employees are entitled to 31 days annual leave, plus 11 public and privilege days’ leave.
Training
We aim to ensure that all members of staff have access to training opportunities.
Flexible working
Outside of core hours staff are free to arrive and leave when they choose. We also offer term-time working for staff with childcare responsibilities.
Flexible working arrangements include:
- 26 weeks maternity leave at full pay
- 15 days' paid parental leave
- career breaks to study, travel, or do voluntary work.
