Following feedback from our customers we have made a number of changes to our online services terms and conditions. These changes will come into effect from 15 October 2018. You can find the current terms and conditions here. You will find the updated terms and conditions on this page from 15 October 2018 and you should review these before using the online service. In summary the changes we have made are:

  • under section 5.3 removal of “you acknowledge and agree that you shall be ultimately responsible for the content and administration of any submissions submitted on your behalf.”
  • a change to section 8 to reflect that this section will now only apply to the information provided by agents during the registration process and not to the information supplied during the completion of returns. Following a review we feel that the declaration at the end of the online return provides sufficient assurance of the information provided through the return. 
  • a change to section 14.1 to reflect the introduction of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation.
