Workshops: how to register your visitor accommodation  

We're running free online workshops to help you register your visitor accommodation in Wales. 

These workshops are for: 

  • anyone who takes bookings for overnight stays in Wales, whether you host occasionally, seasonally, or year-round 

The workshops will cover: 

  • a step-by-step walkthrough of the registration process 
  • practical guidance on what you need to complete your registration 
  • answers to your questions from Welsh Revenue Authority (WRA) experts 

You’ll be able to register your visitor accommodation in the workshop, with our team available to help throughout.

Land Transaction Tax (LTT)

We’re hosting a free tax forum looking at areas of LTT where solicitors and conveyancers have asked for more training.  

The event takes place in Wrexham on Wednesday 18 March. 

The forum is for:  

  • people who file or pay LTT with the WRA 
  • solicitors 
  • conveyancers  

The forum will focus on: 

  • tax administration 
  • multiple dwellings relief 

You can also meet technical experts from the WRA to talk with us and give feedback about our services.
