Each member of the committee may have information of relevance, and can contribute in any of the following ways:

Propose an agenda item

This could take the form of a presentation or a paper could be written and a discussion started.

Contribute an information paper

This would not be discussed at the meeting but it gives a chance for group members to find out more about a project/aspect of work. Completed information papers are needed four weeks prior to a meeting.

Email updates

An e-mail support network accompanies the meetings. To propose an agenda item, paper or share information, please contact The final agenda will be prepared by the Chair.
