William Wilson is a barrister, and an experienced environmental, energy and climate lawyer. He has worked in government, private practice and consulting, and across different practice areas, including water, environmental regulation, air quality, nuclear and chemicals.

He has worked as a Principal Lawyer with the Office for Environmental Protection.

William has also worked on new legislation in the UK, EU and internationally. He spent a year in the USA on a Harkness Fellowship studying the implementation of environmental laws.

He also helps run a website supporting young people taking action on climate change.

William grew up in the Wye valley.
