If you are planning to file a paper return or pay by cheque, you may experience a small delay. If possible, please help us and consider filing or paying online.
We encourage any taxpayers, businesses or individuals, who encounter financial difficulties resulting from COVID-19 to contact us as soon as possible if it is likely to affect your ability to pay tax on time.
You can:

- complete the WRA online contact form
All personal data, hard copy tax returns and correspondence remain secure.
In line with the recent reduction of 0.5% in the interest rate by the Bank of England, our interest rate has also been reduced by the same amount with an effective date of 17 March 2020.
We’ll share regular updates with our customers through different communication channels, such as social media and our website.
