On Tuesday 23 June 2026, an accident occurred on the A484 near the Kidwelly roundabout in Carmarthenshire, involving a single-decker bus operated by First Bus.
A number of passengers on the X11 service were injured, but thankfully Dyfed-Powys Police have informed us that none of the injuries are life-threatening. My thoughts are with those affected and I hope they all make a quick recovery.
I want to thank the emergency services who attended the incident and supported passengers. I also want to thank the members of the public who rushed to help immediately after the accident.
Dyfed Powys Police are continuing to investigate the accident.
