I wish to notify you that I have laid the Interim Environmental Protection Assessor Wales’ report on The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill before the Senedd. I am grateful to the Interim Assessor for the time she has taken in reviewing the Bill and preparing the report which makes recommendations to Welsh Ministers on a number of issues proposed in this UK Government Bill in the context of environmental law. This report and response pre-date the UK Government’s recent amendments which are currently going through the House of Lords.
