Given the increased and welcome coverage over the past week about the Learner Travel Operational Guidance consultation exercise, I have decided to extend the consultation period until 28 November 2025. I am committed to ensuring that all interested parties have the opportunity to voice their views in a structured and constructive way which will assist with any future policy making in this space.
I would like to thank all those who have already responded to the consultation on the revised guidance. Please be assured that all responses received so far have been reviewed and are being actively considered.
