I wish to draw to the attention of Assembly Members the publication today of a Wales Bill, and an accompanying Command Paper, by the UK Government.
This is an important step towards securing new tax and borrowing powers for Wales. I am pleased that the UK Government remains on course to deliver the financial powers by the end of this Parliament.
