I commissioned the Permanent Secretary to carry out a review of the Welsh Government’s relationship with Peter Mandelson in his UK Government roles following a request for an investigation from Rhun ap Iorwerth MS.
I have now received the report from the Permanent Secretary.
The review inspected all correspondence – internal and external – and examined the published Epstein files. The review concluded there was nothing which represented a risk to the conduct of Welsh Government business.
