The Welsh Government’s Second Supplementary Budget for 2020-21 is published today.
The main purpose of this Supplementary Budget is to reflect the budgetary changes since the First Supplementary Budget 2020-21 published by the Welsh Government in May 2020.
It sets out a number of allocations from our reserves and reflects changes to baselines since the UK Main Estimates 2020-21, as a result of additional allocations announced by the UK Government in response to the Covid pandemic.
The Supplementary Budget will be scrutinised by the Finance Committee in November and will be debated in Plenary on Tuesday 17 November.
