The Welsh Government’s Second Supplementary Budget for 2025-26 is published today.
The main purpose of this Supplementary Budget is to reflect the budgetary changes since the First Supplementary Budget 2025-26 published by the Welsh Government in June 2025.
It sets out a number of allocations from our reserves and reflects changes to baselines due to the impact of UK Government fiscal events.
The Supplementary Budget will be debated in Plenary on Tuesday 17 March.
