Written Statement: An update on reforming local taxes and the wider local government finance framework in Wales

I am publishing today an update on the reforms the Welsh Government is undertaking to the local tax and wider local government finance framework to ensure it responds to the future needs of local government in challenging times.  While each of the changes is being consulted upon in detail, I welcome all comments and contributions to the thinking on this important matter at any time.
