The Welsh Government has submitted Written Evidence to the Commission chaired by Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd. This is in the nature of an overview submission, and various of my Ministerial colleagues will, in due course, be submitting more detailed supplementary evidence papers on specific matters within the Commission’s remit.
