Ystadau Cymru works to encourage strategic collaboration and develops good practice guidance with the following key criteria:
- Creating economic growth
- Delivering more integrated and customer focused services
- Generating capital receipts
- Reducing running costs
- De-carbonisation of the public estate
YC was established by Welsh Government to enable and influence collaborative asset management across public sector organisations to release efficiency savings, and to develop tools to enable and facilitate this collaboration.
We seek to support and facilitate opportunities to take a more strategic approach to property and property management across geographical and organisational boundaries, supporting the priorities reflected in the Governments’ “Prosperity for All” strategy.
