The success of Electroimpact UK Ltd. a North Wales aerospace design and manufacturing company is placed on the development of its apprentices. With clear learning plans and smart targets, the Hawarden-based company’s apprentices receive one-to-one mentoring and are encouraged to challenge themselves to find solutions.
The company’s apprentices have won awards at national and international skills competitions and the company was named VQ Employer of the Year 2017. Working with training provider Coleg Cambria, the company offers frameworks, including a Higher Apprenticeship in Engineering Manufacture and an Apprenticeship in Engineering Manufacturing.
