Consultation description

This consultation seeks views on proposed new wording for the Part 6 Code of Practice under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 and the Code of Practice on Special Guardianship Orders. The changes strengthen expectations across corporate parenting, adoption, fostering and kinship care to improve clarity, consistency and support for children and families in Wales.
