Welsh Government data collections, research activity and outputs have been reviewed in light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic; our statement explains this further. It was decided that the data collection which this statistical release is based on would be suspended for 2019-20; as such there will be no updated publication for this reporting year.
It was announced in the 2018-19 report that 2019-20 would be the final year of reporting. However, as the collection has been suspended it means that 2018-19 was the final year of reporting. Information on staffing will be collected by Social Care Wales from April 2020.
