National family justice shared learning event evaluation form: privacy notice

The Improving Outcomes for Children team in Welsh Government is holding a National Family Justice event. To evaluate the success of this event a webform has been prepared. 

In completing the form the Welsh Government will only receive personal information should the person completing the form wish to provide this for future contact.

The Welsh Government receives this personal information (name, email addresses and responses) of attendees when they choose to input this section.

The personal information you provide will be held and used to share information with you about future working groups and opportunities to work with us on the development of policy relating to Family Justice.

It will not be possible for other delegates to see your personal information and we will be sure to input measures to keep e-mail addresses and personal information secure.

Welsh Government (‘we’) will be the data controller for the personal data you provide to ensure that we are able to contact you about future events and opportunities to work together. 

Welsh Government will keep participants’ contact details for the next 12 months to share information around working groups and future events. Anonymised responses to the survey will be kept to inform our learning for the next event.

The information will not be shared outside of the Welsh Government.

Under the data protection legislation, you have the right: 

• to access the personal data the Welsh Government holds on you; 
• to require us to rectify inaccuracies in that data 
• to (in certain circumstances) object to or restrict processing 
• for (in certain circumstances) your data to be ‘erased’ 
• to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) who is our independent regulator for data protection.
