We are seeking your views on proposed changes to two separate codes of practice: the Part 6 Code of Practice for looked after and accommodated children, and the Code of Practice on Special Guardianship Orders.
Consultation description
This consultation seeks views on proposed new wording for the Part 6 Code of Practice under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 and the Code of Practice on Special Guardianship Orders. The changes strengthen expectations across corporate parenting, adoption, fostering and kinship care to improve clarity, consistency and support for children and families in Wales.
