Tracy Jones

Tracy is a kind, caring, supportive and dedicated headteacher who is very highly thought of by colleagues, staff, parents and pupils. She is always putting her pupils first, providing support that is second to none. Colleagues speak of how Tracy has transformed the school, giving them endless opportunities for professional development and trialling new methods in the classroom. Tracy is well respected by parents and families, who are welcomed as part of the school community. 

She has brought the community together in unison, raising aspirations. Ysgol Merllyn, under Tracy’s leadership has become an inclusive learning community in which colleagues, parents and pupils feel highly valued and cared for.
