Charmaine is such a happy member of staff, she is visible to all pupils and families from the moment of drop off to pick up. She has an excellent understanding of additional learning needs and sets a precedent for how inclusive education should be.
She has a wealth of understanding about accessible learning and has created sensory spaces and calm areas for children to relax in. She is always keen to improve her knowledge, committed to working closely with external agencies and organisations to support learners.
Charmaine is a remarkable member of staff with an infectious positivity and goes above and beyond to access the right resources for all her pupils.
