Gwenan has a clear and passionate message, ‘two languages, twice the choice’ and she has succeeded in spreading this message across Wales, offering the best opportunities for Welsh learners.
Her aim in formulating and developing the Language Charter was to create a definite structure to protect the Welsh language and inspire our children and young people to use Welsh in all aspects of their lives.
Gwenan’s passion for the language has persuaded others to act, not only in Gwynedd and Anglesey but now nationally and a Language Charter co-ordinator has been appointed in all consortia across Wales.
