Hollie is popular across the school and has a positive working relationship with her colleagues. Her classroom is highly conducive to learning and since starting, she has implemented new innovative reward systems to celebrate pupils’ success.

Hollie is meticulous when preparing lessons and materials and uses her creativity to come up with new resources for learning, tools for homework and activities to enrich the pupils and improve their skills.

Hollie is a natural teacher, her popularity means she is often chosen by other departments to help out and the staff think they ‘hit the jackpot’ when she was appointed.
