Educational Records and the Common Transfer System
The Pupil Information (Wales) Regulations 2011 came into force in September 2011. They specify requirements about the maintenance of curricular and educational records, and using the Common Transfer System when pupils change schools. Amended Education Regulations
The Welsh Government has revised several sets of regulations that cover reporting to parents, the Common Transfer System, Governors’ Annual Reports, school prospectuses and school target setting.
