We want your views on proposed changes to legislation about ratepayers who occupy more than one unit of property in a shared building.
Consultation description
In the past, properties occupied by the same people and next to each other, received one rates bill. A Supreme Court ruling in 2015 changed this practice for a small number of ratepayers.
We are consulting on our proposal to reinstate the practice before the ruling.
