This Order will stop up a length of highway for the creation of a new access, together with an extension to the curtilage at Hafod y Bryn, 37 Cae Mair, Beaumaris, Isle of Anglesey, LL58 8YN, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Isle of Anglesey County Council on 2 April 2025 with reference FPL-2024-264.
The stopping up of a length of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
