This Order will stop up a length of highway for the demolition of the former residential home known as Tŷ Gwyn Residential Home, located at Ty Gwyn Way, Fairwater, Cwmbrân NP44 4TX, and the construction of 15 affordable housing units and associated works. The stopping up of a length of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
