This order will enable the relocation of the Calor Gas storage and distribution centre and associated permitted works in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the Council on 27 September 2018 under reference number C18/0565/14/LL, as amended by planning permission reference number C19/0190/14/LL on 30 April 2019.
