The Civil Service People Survey is a UK-wide survey conducted with around 100 organisations that measures employee engagement and staff satisfaction between 11 October and 3 November 2021.
The survey obtains staff views about their experience of working in the Welsh Government. This helps us to understand what we need to do to make the organisation a great place to work and to provide the best service we can to the people and communities of Wales.
