The Civil Service People Survey is a UK-wide survey conducted with around 100 organisations that measures employee engagement and staff satisfaction between November 2021 and September 2022.
The survey obtains staff views about their experience of working in the Welsh Government. This helps us to understand what we need to do to make the organisation a great place to work and to provide the best service we can to the people and communities of Wales.
