Some WIMD indicators are updated more regularly than the index ranks. These indicators do not rank areas on overall multiple deprivation.

This release includes updates to indicators on income and employment deprivation, deaths, cancer incidences, low birth weight, fire incidences, and selected education deprivation indicators. The indicator data is available for a range of geographies, and where relevant, split by age group.

The slide shares below show some taster analysis of the income, education and employment indicator data that was updated in 2017.
