We want your views on draft Regulations to make Welsh language standards applicable to water and sewerage undertakers with customers in Wales.
Consultation description
We are consulting on these draft Regulations which will bring water and sewerage undertakers who provide services to members of the public in Wales under Welsh language standards.
The Regulations aim to:
- address the different ways water and sewerage undertakers deal with their customers in Wales
- give the public the confidence to use their Welsh language skills however they choose to communicate with their water company
- drive water companies forward to offer services that will increase the use of Welsh
