Rebecca Godfrey Chief Operating Officer / Services Director
Rebecca has extensive experience of working in many different roles across Government including strategic, operational and management positions.
Rebecca is a qualified tax professional with extensive knowledge of UK Tax administration and has over 10 years’ experience working for HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). She has also spent time working at the Legal Services Commission and Companies House.
Rebecca is a highly motivated leader who is passionate about people and development. She established a Wales regional talent community at HMRC, has worked on talent initiatives with other local Government departments, and is head of wellbeing for the Welsh Revenue Authority.
Rebecca attended Cardiff University and has worked in Wales for the majority of her career.
