As of 19th April 2022, changes will be coming into effect regarding how Help to Buy (Wales) Ltd will be producing and issuing Post Completions legal undertaking documents to conveyancers who are involved in the redemption of a clients Help to Buy (Wales) shared equity loan through either the Redemption on Sale or Staircasing process. The reason for these changes is to allow more flexibility as businesses adapt to remote working environments, reduce the number of queries on undertakings that are submitted to us and to help reduce delays and improve the overall experience for both conveyancers and our mutual clients. Therefore, as part of this change, we will be using DocuSign as a service provider to improve and simplify the completion of legal undertaking documents and for the use of digital signatures for these selected processes.
