3. How to apply
The Rent to Own-Wales scheme is now closed, and all homes have been built and let.
A small number of homes may become available in future. Please contact a participating landlord in your local area for more information.
Please refer to help to buy a home schemes for information about other home ownership schemes.
To apply for the scheme you must:
- read the Rent to Own – Wales Buyers Guide, which provides full details about the scheme
- contact landlords participating in the scheme to find out about available properties
- upon identifying property you wish to reserve, pay a holding fee of £250 and complete the Rent to Own - Wales application form
