5. Apply
The UK Government will need some basic information about you, your household and the kind of accommodation you have available, so we can process your offer:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Residential address
- Property that the Ukrainian will be hosted at (if different from home address)
- When you can start hosting
- How many adults and children normally live at property
- Who you could support/family size
- How many bedrooms are available their size
- Whether the property has step-free access
- Whether you would consider allowing pets
- Interest in participating in user research
The UK Government will share the information you provide with local authorities in Wales to help them match you with an individual or family from Ukraine.
If you have more than one property available, you will need to submit a separate offer for each property.
