Later in the year, you’ll also be able to:
- update your registration details
- remove your accommodation from the register
- add people to help manage your registration

Before you start
If you’re unsure if you must register, read our guidance on registering your accommodation.
Signing in
You’ll need to sign in using GOV.UK One Login. If you do not have a One Login account, you’ll be asked to create one.
If you have any problems with your One Login account, contact One Login.
What you need to register
You’ll need to provide:
- contact details, such as:
- name
- address
- phone number
- date of birth
- company or charity number (if applicable)
- trading name (if applicable)
- address of the accommodation
- name of accommodation (if applicable)
- types of accommodation you offer
- when your accommodation is usually open for bookings
- number of rooms or bookable units
- how many people can stay
on Welsh Revenue Authority

After you register
Some of your details will be public on the register of visitor accommodation. You can check what details are public on the register as set out in the privacy notice.

If you cannot use our online service, call our helpdesk at 03000 254 000 on Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 3pm.

Changing your details
If your details change, contact us within 30 days to update them.
