The effect of the Order is to temporarily allow motor vehicles being used by authorised event officials to be driven at a speed not exceeding 30 mph on the A4081 North Avenue from the 20mph signs adjacent to Llandrindod Wells Cemetery to the 30mph signs on the approach to the roundabout with Cadwallader Way and Ddole Industrial Estate Road. This will enable them to get a short distance ahead of the race to carry out their duties of ensuring the road is clear and holding traffic, where appropriate. It will implement a “safety bubble” that should ensure that the race is delivered safely for riders and the public.
