This Order will stop up an area to enable the proposed residential development, access road and associated infrastructure on land at Parc Pencrug and associated drainage works at Maes y Farchnad, Llandeilo, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Carmarthenshire County Council on 27 March 2026 with reference PL/06580.
