This report focuses upon the counterfactual impact evaluation of the Communities for Work (CfW) and Communities for Work Plus (CfW+) programmes, since their inception in 2015 and 2018 respectively up until April 2023.

The aim of the evaluation is to provide evidence about the impact of the CfW and CfW+ programmes. This report is one of a series of four reports that covers the evaluation.
The analysis primarily uses data collected from the European Social Fund Participants Survey (2014 to 2020 programme) and a dedicated survey of CfW+ participants conducted in 2023.
